Wool is here!
We have new hand dyed wools from the Wooly Lady in many beautiful colors. We also have Prairie Cloth, Textured Flannels and Aged Muslins that make wonderful backgrounds for your wool applique! More wool, this time from Mary Flanagan Wools arrived last week. There are many textures of each color to add dimension to your next wool project. We also have some beautiful patterns from the Wooly Lady.
NEW BEGINNING CLASS
There will be a new session of our beginning class, Quilting 101, starting on Saturday, May 19, 10-12 noon..
If you have always wanted to learn how to make a quilt or need to refrest your skills this is the class for you!
Starting Saturday and continuing for the nex 5 Saturdays, you will learn how to cut and piece blocks for a table runner. We will cover everything from tools and fabrics to finishing your project with quilting and binding.
Stop in to see the sample and a supply list. This is a machine class so you must have a sewing machine in good working order.

We have several new blocks-of-the-month starting this Spring:We are still accepting participants in this program and we have samples for you to see. The first block will be available later this week (June 14)
Amis With a Twist--bright solid colors--a sample/fabrics will be avaiable to see in about a week.
Vintage Rouge is a traditional quilt is muted reds and greens so it will be suitable as a holiday quilt as well as just a quilt to decorage with. The sampe and fabrics will be in the shop at the end of May.!
